Why the Covid-19 era awakened my Return to Zero

During the Covid-19 era, something in me—and in millions of others—shifted. As the world shut down and fear took hold, we were told to place our trust entirely in pharmaceutical giants, in mandates, in “the science” that felt more like a script than a truth-seeking process. But as time passed, it became clear: these corporations weren’t operating with our best interests at heart. They were serving shareholders, not people. Health had become a profit-driven commodity, and we were the product. We were being prescribed, injected, and medicated without ever addressing the root causes of illness. It affirmed my belief that had woke me up years earlier and it served to wake many of us up.

I began to see how deeply woven this system of corporate greed was—not just in pharmaceuticals, but in our entire health paradigm. We’ve been trained to treat symptoms, to numb discomfort, to manage disease rather than understand it. And it became obvious that if we wanted to reclaim our health, we needed to completely rethink the way we approach it. That’s why I created Return to Zero—a conference built on the belief that healing starts when we strip away the noise, the marketing, the misinformation, and return to our center.
I chose these 6 powerful keynote speakers, through having met them as guests on our podcast. They were all so inspiring in their field that i couldn’t not do this. We’re exploring topics that have the potential to truly transform lives: psychedelics for mental healing, the carnivore diet and its anti-inflammatory power, gut biome research that’s reshaping how we view immunity and disease, the untapped power of breath work, hypnotherapy for reprogramming the mind, and holistic approaches to chronic illness and even cancer. Return to Zero isn’t about offering another quick fix. It’s about giving people tools to take their health into their own hands—no longer reliant on drugs that only mask the pain, but on knowledge, awareness, and practices that aim to heal at the root.
I want this to be more than just a conference, this is the beginning of a movement. I want to build a community— a tribe of like-minded individuals who are seeking truth, healing, and sovereignty over their bodies and minds. A space where we can exchange knowledge, uplift one another, and challenge the outdated systems that no longer serve us. Because when we come together, not only do we heal faster—we become stronger, wiser, and impossible to ignore.
